Mastering Student-Centered Theatre Classrooms is a practical, internationally minded course for drama teachers who want confident, joyful classrooms where every learner belongs. Drawing on your school musical directing experience and proven frameworks (UbD, PBL, and social-emotional learning), you’ll learn to design student-led learning, build inclusive routines, and assess creatively with clear rubrics. By the end, you will leave with ready-to-use unit planning tools for Grades 6–12, a set of lesson structures that support creativity and collaboration, and sample project prompts for playwriting, improvisation, movement, and design—so students develop ownership, voice, and performance skills while teachers gain smoother planning and measurable progress.
